Your RideBits subscription

The plans

Solo ($99/mo) is for owner-operators who drive everything themselves. Fleet ($249/mo) unlocks drivers, a team, and multiple vehicle classes. Both plans include 100 trips a month; beyond that, each trip is $1, on Solo and Fleet alike. Trips and deliveries both count, and so does a no-show — your driver did the run; cancelled trips don't. A company that signs up for Solo or Fleet starts with a 14-day free trial — a card is required at signup, but nothing is charged until the trial ends.

A company that joined through a partner's link starts on the free Partner plan instead — no card and no trial, and it never expires. It runs the trips partners send it; taking its own bookings needs Upgrade, in Plan & billing, which moves it to Solo or Fleet — with the 14-day trial when the company has never had a subscription and its owner doesn't already run a paying company on RideBits. See Partners.

Where you manage billing

Everything lives at console.ridebits.app — sign in with your email (a 6-digit code, no password) and open Plan & billing from the menu under your initials. From there you can update your card, see every invoice, switch plans, and cancel or resubscribe.

Switching plans

Plan changes are instant and prorated in both directions: upgrading charges the difference for the remainder of the month; downgrading credits you for unused time. Downgrading to Solo pauses Fleet features — your drivers lose access and extra vehicle classes are hidden — but nothing is deleted: upgrade again and everything comes back exactly as it was.

If a payment fails

Your card is retried automatically and you keep full access during a grace period while that happens — the Console shows a Payment failed banner with Update card; update it there and the next successful payment sets everything right. If it stays unpaid past the grace period, taking new bookings pauses until payment succeeds; your existing trips, history, and messages are never touched.

Canceling

Cancel any time from the billing page — you keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you can resubscribe with one click before it ends. If you run more than one company on RideBits, each has its own subscription.

One thing billing never touches

Your RideBits subscription is separate from your client payments. Money from your clients flows through your own Stripe account, directly to you — RideBits takes no cut of your fares. See Getting paid.
